I just wrapped up my winter bootcamp, and for the first time ever, things didn’t go according to plan.
Signups were slow, ads were wildly expensive, and we started the bootcamp nearly $13K in the red. Not exactly the launch you hope for.
But what happened next completely changed how I think about growth, niching down, and building a business that actually works.
